I have been involved in crypto for half a decade, and run validators/delegates for several decentralized projects, mainnet as well as testnet. In the specific case for BIND, I am actively supporting both mainnet and testnet. My nodes are reliable with high uptime and decent reward share.
I have already released several contributions to the Compendia ecosystem. Latest is being the co-founder of the Compendia Community Fund, which is aimed at helping the Compendia ecosystem transition into a rich environment where community and validators alike can easily get funding for their projects. Before this, I co-created Awesome Compendia, a full and comprehensive list of everything Compendia-related. It alsos feature the Awesome Compendia Blog, in which topics of interest to the Compendia ecosystem will be discussed. The first article is about vote/stake dilution. We have recently released our second article, in which we discuss staking and vote power in Compendia and how it differs from other (D)PoS networks. All Awesome Compendia items are a combined effort of myself and cryptomaniac. Besides that, I've also released a simple but efficient spreadsheet that can be used to compare daily earnings between validators. Curating database(s) will be another of my efforts once available on mainnet. If you scroll down, you'll find more information about my contributions.
Block reward shares will be paid daily (every 24 hours) through TBW-script, starting from the moment block rewards kick in. The share percentage will be reviewed to ensure it is both competitive and attractive to voters. You can calculate your personal daily rewards here.
You can vote for free by DMing me on Telegram and providing proof of your vote; I will refund your voting fee! Also available if you staked your entire balance and have no BIND left to vote for me.

Validators bfx & cryptomaniac have written a proposal for the Compendia Community Fund.
๐งฎ Community Fund?
The Compendia Community Fund (CCF) is a fund that is run by the Compendia community members. It can be seen as supplemental to the core development of the Compendia ecosystem and shall support the ideas and projects of community members to help promote the advancement of the wider Ecosystem.
๐ข Two main purposes
First, is to provide a possibility to those Compendia community members that would like to support the Ecosystem with contributions of BIND tokens for community purposes. Funds will be held in a multi-signature address using the ARK desktop wallet feature.
Second, to provide a place for community developers to request funding, for projects to develop tools, software or hardware which helps to improve, support and add value to the ecosystem.

๐ช Awesome?
For those unfamiliar with awesome lists, those lists classified as 'awesome' generally feature a comprehensive and complete overview of all a projects assets - meaning it is is the place to be for everything Compendia- & BIND-related. We will be curating this list of awesome Compendia websites, resources, documentation, tools, software, validator & community efforts whilst enabling you, the community, to participate in it as well.
๐ข Everything Compendia
Currently, the Awesome Compendia repository features a comprehensive list of Compendia resources, documentation, API documentation and validator Tools. We have tried to get as many links of publicly available resources into our list for this full release. We will be keeping it up-to-date whilst more is released to the community from either the team, the validators or the community. That way we will ensure that Awesome Compendia is thรฉ publicly available page with everything Compendia!
๐ฅ Platform
We have chosen GitHub as platform as its features allow for a streamlined and simple process where you can contribute to the list through submitting pull requests for additions or changes, and issues for information that is no longer up-to-date. The full list will likely be published on a website as well using markdown, but for now is immediately available on GitHub.
๐จ I want to contribute!
If you happen to know of a website, tool, resource or otherwise Compendia- / BIND-related project that is not on the list, you can easily add it by submitting a pull request. Please check out our contribution guidelines here and pull request template.
โถ๏ธ Continuing our work
Thank you for your time, and if you like Awesome Compendia, please consider voting for bfx or cryptomaniac - as it will allow us to keep working on this! We will also share 60% of block rewards (daily, i.e. every 24 hours).

๐ Contributions: Awesome Compendia Blog article 2: Staking.
The second article in our series covers the subject of staking, and helps to clear up some common misconceptions. It goes on the explain the inflationary and deflationary aspects of DPoS as a whole and specifically what the Compendia team has done to combat it.

๐ Contributions: Awesome Compendia Blog article 1: Voter & staking dilution.
To help voters understand the factors that affect their rewards, we've written an article talking about vote dilution. We've provided some model calcs and some examples of what can cause differences in voter reward. It also includes the different type of validators and links to the Validator created Reward calculators. Also we appreciate that not all voters want the highest rewards, and are happy to support a validator that contributes to the ecosystem.

๐จโ๐ป Contributions: database curation
Curating database(s) will be another of my efforts once available on mainnet.

๐งฎ Contributions: reward comparison spreadsheet
My first contribution was a reward comparison spreadsheet. You can use it to compare daily earnings between validators. At time of release, there were no others available. I figured it would be good to have a way of comparing different validators on reward sharing based on the number of votes they have, since voter dilution can really make a huge difference - actual payouts are not just about a high percentage sharing rate by validator, but way more affected by the total amount of votes one has. The example shows it can be 4x as profitable to vote for a lower ranked validator, if not more.
